Placing an order is simple! Browse our collection, select your desired items, and add them to your cart. You can always add additional details via "notes to seller" section on each product page. When you’re ready, proceed to checkout where you can enter your details and complete your purchase.
Absolutely! We offer a variety of personalisation options. You will find all available options on each product page. Just select the customisation option on the product page before adding it to your cart.
We know the excitement that lies behind every purchase and gift, so we aim to get your personalised products to you as soon as possible. Please allow two business days for us to customise a product before we pop it in the post to you.
We'll be working our magic preparing your products for delivery for two business days, then it's time to send them out for delivery. Royal Mail and UPS have provided helpful estimated shipping times below:
United Kingdom: 1 - 3 business days
Europe: 3 - 5 business davs
Everywhere else: 5 - 7 business days
The actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. We do our very best to get your orders to you as soon as possible, but please note these shipping estimates are not guaranteed.
We understand that many of our customers purchase gifts to send directly to their loved ones. Rest assured, we do not include invoices or pricing information inside the package. You can safely send your order directly to the recipient.
